If the team can regain possession, they can either kick the ball out of play, or try to get the ball back to their team.

Possession 8 - 6v3
.
Area Size: 15x15
Players: 9 (6 Yellow + 3 Red)
.
Drill: A different type of Rondo working with 9 players. A drill very popular for warm ups and used as a change up to add variety to the normal 3v1 Rondo. The aim of the drill is for the yellow players to regain possession working in the smallest of areas while being put under pressure by 3 defenders. Out of the 6 yellow players, 2 players remain inside the area, while 4 stay on the outside. After a set of time, the 3 defenders change for a new 3. Very competitive and a great warm up and could even add points.
.
Points:
- Defenders win the ball - 1 point
The 3 defenders with the least amount of points do a challenge.

Possession 9 - 3v3v3
.
Area Size: 20x20
Players: 9 (3 Blue + 3 Yellow + 3 Red)
.
Drill: A different type of Rondo working with 9 players. A drill very popular for warm ups and used as a change up to add variety to the normal 3v1 Rondo. The drill is based on a 6v3 where 2 colours work together to keep the ball of the other coloured team. The coloured team that lose the ball become the 3 defenders, then the other 2 colours try to keep the ball of them. Its that simple. A very competitive drill, a great warm up and could add points.
.

Possession 10 - 3v1 to 5v3
.
Area Size: 20x20 (7x7 Central Area)
Players: 8 (5 Blue + 3 Yellow)
.
Drill: A very simple but competitive possession drill. The 3 yellows start with possession of the ball with their aim to keep it off just the 1 blue player. This creates a 3v1 in the central area but as soon as the blue player wins possession of the ball, the drill turns into a 5v3 within the 20x20 area. Once the blues have possession of the ball, they have to keep it off the yellows for aslong as possible. However, the middle blue must remain in the middle and every time that player recives the ball and bounces it back to another blue, the blues get a extra point. When/If yellows win possession, the drill starts again and a new blue enteres the middle zone.
.
Points:
- 5 passes = 1 point
- Regain possession = 1 point
Both for Blue and Yellow

Possession 6 - 4v4+3 Connectors
.
Area Size: 20x20 (4x 10x10 squares)
Players: 11 (4 Red + 4 Blue + 3 Yellow 'Connectors')
.
Drill: Very simple possession drill working on movement. Players work together in their teams to keep possession while being stuck in their individual zones, creating 1v1. The Middle Connector is the ONLY player allowed to move freely inbetween the 4 zones, playing for the team in possession of the ball. The outside Connectors are allowed move freely on the outside. Movement is key during the drills because of the 1v1 situations. Essential for the Middle Connectors as they need to create that overload to makesure the team keep possession.

Points:
- 6 Passes = 1 point
