6v3, potentially 6v4 if we find too much success.
3 small goals to find.
1 centered but facing their half, 2 wild, facing our half.
The one goal facing our attacking half is representing a center back or holding mid pushing up as the ball travels.
Score in the middle = 2 points.
Score outside = 1 point.
Our #2 and #3 are allowed on each half of the field. Our #4 and #5 are limited to our defeding half.
Our #6 is limited to the attacking half.
2 White players allowed in their defending half, a third one may be added if we find too much success too easily.
Likely errors we will have to address:
1- Lack of movement from #6.
2- Trying to build from the back with too many passes without penetration. This is why a goal in the center of the field is 2 pts, to encourage finding space through the middle vs. the width.

8v6. Adding space and Pressure but keeping same principles as previous excercice.
Players in the attacking half can not turn with the ball, forcing teammates to get open and provide a passing option.
#2, #3, #6 are allowed on each half when #4 and #5 are limited to their defending half and #8 and #10 are limited to their attacking half.
White are not coaches and allowed everywhere on the field.
Coaching points:
1- #2, #3, #8 and #10 make the field as big as possible on the width, stretching the opponent defensive lines and allowing us to find the pocket in the middle of the field.
#6, #8 & #10 are rather free to switch position and responsabilites as long as our principles and ideas are in place.
Likely errors:
1- Playing too slow out of the back.
2- Lack of movement in the middle between #6, #8 and #10.
I actually run this session often, but in our club environment, we rarely have more than a quarter of a field per teams of 20 players..

Finding the penetration through the center of the field rather than the wings.
Using #4, #5, #6 as relay to build up.
I chose to use 2/3 of the field to get more repetitions and avoid falling into an actual game routine where players would have a tendency to forget the session goals.

Rondo style.
4v1.
4 cones. 1 small goal per grid.
Blue team to find its target. Movement with and without the ball. Find a direct pass to you target. (Highest player on the field).
Defending player, white, can score in the goal upon recovering the goal.
Blue team (but target) allow in to pressure upon losing the ball.
Likely errors:
1- Too many passes within the back 3 player without finding the target.
2- Lack of movement off the ball.
Please focus on center frid for animation.
