- Coach plays a ball to one attacker (Black) to start the 4 v 4. Attackers attempt to score by passing the ball between the two poles.
- Defenders (Yellow) attempt to force play out of the grid or win possession and pass to an attacker in the next group.
- Offside rule applies.
Coaching Points:
1. Reinforce all previous points on defending principles.
2. Communication and awareness become even more important since attackers are no longer restricted to channels

Activity:
- 2v2 to 4v4
- Coach plays a ball to one attacker and a second attacker comes out from another channel.
- Attackers attempt to pass or dribble across opposite endline.
- The defenders in the same channel apply pressure and cover to win the ball or force the attacker out of the channel
- If the defenders wins possession, they should counter to endline. Play ends if the ball leaves the channel.
