Mechanics:
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
1. 4v4 game in the middle of the pitch looking at switching the play across the pitch with the use of driven passes *Wide players come onto the edge of the box, being bounce players to the team in possession
2. 2v2+1 Attacker, Players on the edge now move into wider positions, after the given rule has been completed players will shift the ball over to the opposite wing, this only will be successful if the pass is driven or clipped *Defenders cannot pass the flat, ensure that it is at a good speed, add in the cone
