Organization: 20x20 area. 3 teams of 4 players. 1 ball per team
Instructions: 4 Players on outside pass and rotate position. Remaining 2 teams inside pass and move in the middle area. Rotate roles of teams.
Coaching Points:
Awareness (check shoulders) of ball, space and other players
Width & depth to create passing options.
Rotation of players to create space for you or team mate to receive.
Movements to receive and combine
Type/Weight/Quality of the pass
Progressions: Players receive a pass between opposition players in the middle area to score a point .Encourage movement to break lines.

Organization:
1. 5v5 split in to two groups of 3v2.
Instructions:
1. Three players must combine 5 passes to get a point.
2. If defenders win it they must dribble outside of the area on the short side.
3. Play for three minutes and a switch defenders.
4. Two touch. No shielding.
Coaching Points:
1. Movement off the ball to combine is the key.
2. Third man moving to get in position to receive.
3. Head up before you receive to find the next pass.
Progressions:
1. 4v2- Eight passes is one point. Defenders can dribble out on any side.

Organization: 30x25 Area with 2 target players at either side and 2 GK’s as target players on opposite sides.
Instructions: Blues attempt to pass and combine to pass the ball from one Target player to opposite target player. White attempt to pass the ball from one GK to opposite GK.

Progressions:
1. Target players are added into game to make 5 vs. 5 and GK’s are target players with both teams attempting to pass the ball from one GK to opposite GK
2. In possession, once a player has passed the ball they must leave that triangle for a team mate to enter (Rotation).

4v1 Rondo (15 mins)
Organization:
1. 4v1 Rondo.
2. Two games at the same time. Every two minutes switch defenders.
Instructions:
1. Start with 3 passes for a point. Once the team connects three passes number changes to 4 pass and so on.
2. Who can get to the highest number in ten minutes.
3. One touch.
4. First pass is free.
Coaching Points:
1. Movement off the ball.
2. Head up before you receive to see where to play next.
3. Communication with you teammates to let them know you're open. (talk, eye contact, hand gestures)
4. Stay on the balls of your feet prepared to receive.
5. Desguise your passes.
