Blue team pass the ball to yellow as sson as ball is played full backs need to run arund the poles. This will create a brief overload for the yellows to score, they need to move the ball quickly by running with the ball and passing as well as creating forward runs to get in behind the defenders.
2 yellows must run the channels, this will depedn on who wins the ball, one yellow must run central, again depending on which player wins the ball.
Players must sprint forward, the ball must be carried forward by the player that wins it to attack the space and draw in the defenders.
Most goals are scored in under 4 passes!
