Organization:
12x12 box outlined by 4 cones. Up to 5 players per box. Number cones 1-4.
Instructions:
Players must dribble certain pattern (i.e. 1-3-2-4-1) using different turns/cuts to get to the next cone. Second player doesn't start until player in front passes first cone.
Suggested turns/cuts:
inside cut
outside cut
L turn
V cut
Ronaldo chop
Maradona
McGeady Spin
Coaching Points:
Tight control, small touches
Correct foot to make turn (i.e. if I'm at cone 3 and I want to get to cone 2 using an L turn, I have to L turn with my right foot)
Head up
Cones are defenders, must do move before cones/defenders, not after.

Organization: Players stand 20 yards apart from each other, facing the middle. Each player has a ball.
Instructions: Players dribble towards each other. When they meet in the middle, they have to do a skill move to get past the player (e.g. rake right foot, scissor then outside, etc.)
Coaching Points: Head up, technique. Make sure you dribble in a straight line. Do skill move early.

Organization: Set up two goals, 10 yards apart, parallel with each other. Set up a cone at the halfway point. Two starting cones right next to each other, with a line with balls on the cone furthest away from goals.
Instructions: Player A passes ball straight ahead into space, player B runs to it to play offense. Player A then makes an overlapping run around B to protect goals first, and play defence. Player B cannot turn and score on goal 1 until he/she passes halfway point, then player is free to turn back to goal 1.
Coaching Points: Pass ball in straight line. Make sure player A runs around and overlaps player B. Later stop and show how to play correct defense and force to go in a direction you want them to.

Organization:
2 goals places 20 yards from each other. Starting cone placed 15-20 yards ahead from midway point.
One defender to start, line of players, each with a ball, at cone.
Instructions:
Players will play 1v1 direct to goal, they can score on either one. After offense scores, misses, or is dispossessed, they have to transition straight into defense for next player. Player who just got done with defense must track first ball down, then go join offense line.
Coaching Points:
Attack the open space to goal
Be creative
Head up
Quick transition (as soon as first play is over, next player should be going right away)
Defense:
forcing one way
closing space down at an angle
right time to step and take ball
Progressions:
Must do one skill move before scoring
If enough players, go to 2v2 with same principles
2v2:
Work on the types of runs players can make (overlap, wide, support)
