1.Players have ball in their hands, they must then hop through ladders, hop back the other way, and then sprint through to the next station.
2. Players must bunny hop over the hurdles in a forwards motion, then attempt to bunny hop in a backwards motion - with ball in hand. Players must then attempt to get the ball under the hurdles to the other side, then dribble to station 3.
3. players must then dribble through the poles. They must cut inside the cone and get a shot off on goal.
4. Players must then sprint back to the start and first whole team to complete it wins
