Tactical
Defenders stay close together and move as a unit

Red Team in boxes A and C work together.

Blue Team in boxes B and D work together.

Play starts in end zones, Team passes between each other and tries to find a gap to pass to their team in the middle zones.

Defending team aims to shuffle across side to side and prevent spaces to play through.

If team with the ball make more than 5 passes then a defender can enter the square to try and tackle.

If defending team wins ball, play starts from their end zone.

Swap players in zones regularly.

Passing between themselves and trying to find space for a pass through to the other team

Defending Team in Box B aims to stay tight and shuffle side to side to prevent ball being played.

If team makes more than 6 passes in a box then 1 defender can enter and try and tackle.
