This training session is from warmup to passing to shooting to tactical build-up.

Set-Up:
4 cones are used to create approximately 10x10 - 14x14 meters square.
Players are positioned to the starting positions.
In the first phase, players execute warm-up movements without the ball.
Time: 20 minutes
Progression 1:
Player 1 passes to Player 2 and follows the pass.
Player 2 passes to Player 3 and follows the pass.
Player 3 passes to Player 4 and follows the pass.
Player 4 passes to Player 5 and follows the pass.
Progression 2:
Player 1 passes to Player 4 and follows the pass.
Player 4 passes to Player 3 and follows the pass.
Player 3 passes to Player 2 and follows the pass.
Player 2 passes to Player 5 and follows the pass.
Progression 3:
Player 1 passes to Player 3 and follows the pass.
Player 3 passes to Player 4 and follows the pass.
Player 4 passes to Player 2 and follows the pass.
Player 2 passes to Player 5 and follows the pass.
Coaching Points:
Players should focus on passing directional to target players' intended direction.
Players should be vocal to minimize directional mistakes
Players should work on the initial touch toward the next pass.
Players should progress to single touches.
Twist:
On the whistle, players will switch pattern direction.

Time: 30 minutesDrill:
Two goals are placed as shown. Two areas in front of the goals are marked. Cones are used to mark players' positions, and sticks are placed to draw passing channels on the flank as shown. Players are split into three groups.
Defenders are placed next to the goals and come into the box in turn against two attackers. Attackers position themselves in E positions and work in pairs. Strikers attack the two goals by turns. Players on the flank are in positions A, B, C, and D. Players change continuously in this group.
Players can change their roles and positions after a determined number of repetitions according to their positions.
The soccer drills are performed in both directions in turn.

Drill:
Cones are placed to mark the players' positions in the 4-1-4-1 formation.
The exercise starts with the central defenders; all combinations must be performed on both sides.
The build-up combination is performed in the middle and breaks the defending line with an overlapping movement on the side.

2 sets of opening the gates and skipping back with swinging arms
2 sets of closing the gates and light jog coming back
2 sets of high knee and lunges with trunk twists coming back
2 sets of butt kickers and 50 % sprint coming back
2 sets of up and around the cones with a 75 % sprint coming back
2 sets of quick shuffles and full sprints with light jogging coming back
