PURPOSE: Improve the rotation from defense to offense
SET UP: 4 cones, one player in each cone. One ball for entire rotation
DEVELOPMENT: Start the rotation with one of the defensive players, he will run onto the middle & exchange places with the offensive player. This happens on both sides.
VARIATIONS: The play starts with the same defensive player, passing across onto the other defensive player, he then runs to the middle & rotates in a half semi circle run to exchange places with offensive player. The sequence starts at other side,
TIPS: Think about your run & change of pace. How do you want to exchage places in order to lose your opponent.

PURPOSE: Improve the Rotation from offense to defense
SET UP: 4 cones, in a square shape. A player on each cone, one ball for entire rotation.
DEVELOPMENT: The roattion starts with the offensive players, who will run out to the halfway line, changing places with the defensive player on his same side.
VARIATIONS: The play starts at the offensive half, the 1st player on offense plays the ball across & comes out to the halfway line to rotate with the defensive player on his same side.Once the ball has traveled onto the other side, the sequence continues. The balls travels from offense to offense players.
TIPS: Think about your run & change of pace. How do you want to change your place in order to make the game quicker?

PURPOSE:Understand a combination, starting from the defensive halve
SET UP: 4 cones, a GK. In each cone, there is a player.
DEVELOPMENT: There is different groups, each take turn to assess their combination pass starting from the GK, crossing the defensive halve and finishing on offensive half.
The rotation is provide by the coach, it starts simple & slow. Step by step each rotation is shown until the final complete roation is taken place by group 1 & group 2, and 3.
VARIATIONS: Add opponents, their pressure starts once the 1st back passes the ball.
TIPS: Think about your run & pass. The timing of your movement to : 1) Lose the opponent / 2) Make play quicker

PURPOSE: Improve dynamic movements in a rotation pattern
SET UP: 4 cones, one player in each cone & big cone in the middle.
DEVELOPMENT: The 1st players in each cone will perform dynamic movements towards midle cone & join the next line on their same side.
VARIATIONS: Add a ball, each player in cone, will perform Ball Mastery onto the middle cone to then exchange places with the line in their same side.
