Players starts at gate A, who dribble and passes to player 1, he is told "hold", he runs around the player and calls pass, who lays it off for him, does the same through gates 2 to 7.

After number 7, he dribble through gate B and RWB through to gate D from C and starts again.

Swap players over after 3 runs through

P1 - Moving chain, this time the players follow their pass - so the player A starts, passes to number 1 and then follows his pass, turns and waits for th enext pass. Player 1 upon receicing the ball, passes to player 2 and follows his pass and opens up to receive the ball, continues all the way through, repeat three times!
