Ball entered by coach. 3 players from opposing team move to press. Attacking team looks to score in their two goals. Defending team try to win the ball back and clear.
Variation 1: If defending team win the ball and find their teammates on the other side they get a point.

Attacking: 6,7,8,9,10,11
Defending: 2,3,4,5,6,8
Dimensions: Half field, split into 9 zones. 3 mini goals on half way line
Ball starts with GK. Blue team looks to score in 3 mini goals. Red team looks to score on goal. When ball is in play defending team must be within 1 zone of the ball.
Variation/progression 1: add more players. 2,3,5,6 for attacking team. 10,9,7,11 for defending team

Ball is entered by coach to any player. This player passes the ball to the line on their left. They then move to the right. As soon as the ball is played, the opposite player presses. To begin with they dont try to win the ball.
