Rondo
Double Rondo where teams in possession look to keep the ball away from the defender in the middle. When a defender wins the ball back he can go over to the other rondo and make it a 4 v 2 instead. Again emphasis is placed on using the Sole Trap and Sole Role but at the right times.

Creating and Finishing
Setup to the side of the goal. Mini Goals are placed to the side. Server plays a pass into the pivot who looks to receive the ball and finish into the mini goals. Again emphasis is placed on the Sole Trap and Sole Role. If the pivot receives the ball and traps it then that is the signal for the server to join in and make a 2 v 1. If the pivot uses the Sole Role then he has to try and beat the defender in a 1 v 1 scenario.

Part 1
Ball Mastery
Half the players start with a ball the other half don't. Players move round and look to find good spaces to receive the ball and players in possession dribble round at a good intensity looking to make good passes. Emphasis will be placed specifically on the Sole Trap and Sole Role to control the ball and when it is good to use both moves.
