Dynamic Stretching (5 min)
Crossing & Finishing (15 min)
Set up Crossers at each side of goal with three lines of attacking players in the middle. Rotate Right/Left, A dribbles down the lane & crosses as three attacking player finish.
Coaching Points: Crossers wrap foot around the ball, pick out player or play pick out space with crosses, arc the approach to the ball & get hips/sholders pointed at targets. Finishers head the balls down into the corners, delay runs to stay behind the ball, attack the ball
Progression: Add keepers &/or defenders

Setup: Use the penalty area to setup the defenders in two 18x9 yd boxes. Three lines of players 30-40 yards out from goal. Mark outside lanes with cones. Attacking wingers stay in lane to support central attacking player.
Start play with A passing into B, who then passes back to C or D. C and D make a run down the lane and make a crossing pass in once past last cone.
A and B join attack providing options. If C receives ball D is free to come inside the penalty area and the same for D if D receives the ball.
Preogression: If too easy - add defenders that start with C and D on recovery runs. Instruct them to follow the flat cones and only challenge once past the 18yd line.

1v1 with wall pass options.
Setup:
Two mini goals per field. 15v20 Box, shrink to 10x15 as needed.
Place one player in the middle on either side, and players line up behind goal. Start the ball with the side player who passes it back to player who receives ball and takes on defender. Defender immediately can approach. Side players can slide but must stay outside the box. Side players can pass to each other to create new angles.
If defender wins - can score - attacker becomes defender and challenges the ball.
Coaching Points:
When to pass versus when to dribble - pressure or not.
One touch passes on sidelines
For running player - pass and then IMMEDIATELY move to space.
