Time: 5 min
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
1. Reds will dribble to the other side of the box whilst the blues attempt to tackle, when blues win the ball or the reds dribble past the line, the opposite side of the square will go. If the red gets past the line they start again next time, if blues win it blue starts with the ball.
2. Red coned gate will be placed around the box, the players will aim to dribble the ball through these. This will push players to be more accurate with their dribbling.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
1. Use weaker foot only
2. Get to the end in 5 seconds
