Dynamic stretching (10 min)
Players run to the white line and back performing dynamic stretches.
We should try and implement this in our training sessions. With the youngest groups it isn't necessary but it creates a good habit in players. A lot of our players don't see the importance of a good warm up and just want to turn up and play the game.

Stepover and Stepover Scissor learning and developing (20min)
Organisation:
- Players split into 4 groups
- Everyone with a ball
- 2 cones in the middle
Instructions:
- Players perform stepover and the stepover scissor around the cone and line up at the end of opposite line
Progressions:
- After learning the right technique we can remove the cones and have the players acting as defenders
Coaching Points:
- Small touches of the ball
- Stepover witd to send the defender wrong way
- Accelerate out of the move

1 v 1 (Developement of the skill 20min)
Organisation:
- 2 groups of players
- 1 group with the balls
- 1 goal
- 1 neutral line
Instructions:
- Team behind the goal - defenders pass the ball to the attackers and then we play 1v1
- There is a neutral zone where the defenders can't win the ball
- Once the attacker crossed that line the game becomes live
- If the attacker scores, he gets a point. If the defender wins the ball he can get a point by dribbling the ball passed the neutral line
- We swap roles after 10 min

- Encourage using the skills learned in the session

Puls Raiser (10min)
Organisation:
- 4 squares marked with 2 colours of cones
- Every player with a ball
Instructions:
- Players throw the balls to each other and constantly move around
- Coach carries two cones in his hands: red one and a yellow one
- When coach lifts up a cone, players run to that coulored box
- Players are only allowed to run clockwise
- No one is allowed to run through the middle
- Loosing team can do 10 push ups in older groups

- Throwing the ball with a bounce
- Passing the ball with feet
- Dribbling and exchanging the ball
