POSSESSION: 3 GRID RONDO 5V2 TO 3V1
3 grids
One large central grid and two side grids. Central grid is with five players the side grids with three.
On coaches command, two defenders sprint into the central grid to make 5v2. When team of two win the ball or it leaves the central area, the two defenders split up and one each sprints to a side grid and make it 3v1 in each area. When the ball is won or leaves the area, defending players sprint back to the back of their lines and the next two defenders sprint out to the middle grid
