Organisation:
Two teams :10 5 minute games with changing conditions:
1)Free-play,score one-touch in the goalkeeper's area ( A or B)
2)Maximum two-touch ,score one-touch in the goalkeeper's area ( A or B)
3)Free-play,score off pass from pivot player (1/2)from anywhere
4)Two touch and score with one-two off pivot player
5)When yellow team win ball, all black players must quickly return to own half to congest.Similarly if black team win ball in own half all yellows return to own half quickly.
6)Each player concentrates on one member of opposition to mark, irrespective of position of ball. When in possession, look to create space away from player/pull him out of position.Out of possession ensure you mark and stay with your man (physically demanding on rapid transition)

10) As above but scoring with one-two off goalkeeper (encouraging greater involvement of goalkeeper in attacking positions)
