Back Pass with Pressure, to go long by switching it
with a throw/Punt or a kick from the ground
1. Server plays a ball to wide player
2. Defender pressures
3. GK shows for a back pass
4. Player gives it back and opens up for a return pass
5. Defender pressures GK
6. GK plays it back to the outlet
7. Outlet plays a long ball to GK on opposite Side the catches it
8. Green GK then Side volleys/drop kicks or throws it back to out to repeat the process

GK Saves a cut back
GK Plays to near outlet
GK Asks for it back and plays opposite PUGG
- GK resets and saves a high ball from the Server
- GK throws to near outlet, asks for it back a switch to other PUGG

Back pass, Bad pass, Shot drill
1. S1 plays a back pass to GK
2. GK receives ball and plays to short outlet S2
3. GK moves to receive the ball back from S2
4. S2 plays ball back to GK
5. GK switches to the opposite outlet with a long pass (S3)
6. S1 moves over to that pass angle and shots at the GK, Simulating it was a bad pass and a shot comes in.
