Game Related Practice
Organization: 6v6 + GKs in the playing area - 3v3 in each zone. During the build up, one player in the attacking half can drop into the middle zone to receive,turn and attack. The player can only stay in the middle zone for 2 seconds before needing to exit. Only one player can be in the zone at a time. The middle zone cannot be defended.
Coaching Points: timing and angle of support in front of the ball, awareness to turn in correct direction, recognize moment to drop in

Conditioned Game
Organization: 7v7 + GKs in 3 zones. Both teams line up in a 2-3-2 formation to create man on man situations all over the field. One player from the attacking zone can check into the midfield zone to receive.
Coaching Points: Recognizing moment to support ahead of the ball, Recognizing space to check into, understanding positioning between and behind opposing midfielders to receive, connecting with teammates behind the lines to unbalance the opponent

Phase of Play 1
Organization: Ball goes from right back back to center midfielder who turns to face forward. The left winger moves inside between the opponent back 4 and midield 2 to receive. The left back overlaps in the space left by the winger's inside movement.
Coaching Points: timing of movement, positioning on the blind side of the defender, receiving side on to turn, recognizing space to exploit once in this position.

Phase of Play 2
Organization: Pass starts from a center mid to the right back. The Blue attacking midfielder drifts off the shoulder of the Red defensive midfield to receive between the opposing back 4 and midfield.
