Description: Dribbling Activation
- Dribble through line of cones using techniques as instructed.
- Dribble through gate, skill move to turn, and dribble ball back to teammate to restart.
Progressions:
- Too hard: Slow pace.
- Too easy: More challenging skills, stack multiple skills into pattern, competition.

AC - Coach Blue team.

Description:
- Free dribbling separated by groups.
- 1 whistle: Skill move
- 2 whistles: players switch sides with ball.

- Each player assigned number 1-6 on each team. Coach shouts "2 red" meaning 2 from red attacks space while 2 blue leaves ball to defend.
- Attacking player must dribble through gate before starting attack.
- Once the attacker dribbles through end zone they may choose left or right gate to dribble through before scoring unopposed.
- lf attacker wins ball the repetition ends and players return to dribbling area.
Progressions:
- Too hard: Allow attacker to attack without dribbling through gate first.
- Too easy: Attacker must dribble through 2 gates prior to attacking. defender may enter second area (beyond poles) through the middle in order to defend shot.

3) Head up.

- Fields divided in halves where all play takes place on one half of field.
- Attacking team must take 6 touches (can be the same player) before dribbling into other half where they keep the ball and play continues.
- One point awarded for dribble into other half.
- When defenders win the ball they become the attacking team.
- Restart with pass or dribble.
Progressions:
- Too hard: Allow dribble across after 4 touches.
- Too easy: Allow dribble across after 10 touches. Adjust area size.

- 4 dribbling station on end line with 1 mini goal between each 2 stations.
- 2 dribbling stations on opposite end with 4 gates in each box.
- Water & Equipment zone in central location.
- Bibs: 6 Blue 6 Red.
