Long Passing - Technical
10 Players for the session
Equipment - 2 Balls
Area Size - 40x30 (Split into 2)
Introduced a defender to apply pressure to the player making the long pass. This defender will influence how the pass is made to the opposite end. Lofted, driven for example. Receivers at the opposite end should position themselves to receive the ball. Each drill contains a 4 v 1, the 4 players continually change positions as determined by the arrows. Rotate all players regularly.

Area Size - 40x30 (Split into 2)
Player in End Zone plays to player in central zone, who then sets the player in middle zone, who either creates a lofted pass or driven pass to the receiver at the opposite end. Player follows his pass and then becomes the setter in the central zone. Player who originally set in central zone then moves to the middle zone. 3 players within the playing area continually rotate through. Receivers at either end stay in position. Rotate players regularly.
