Rondo

Rondo: Big box, little box

Essence: To work on maintaining possession and movement

Structure: Two different sized areas with a different team having the overload in each box. Players look to connect passes when in possession, if the chasing team win possession in the small box they can connect with players inside both the big and small box (6v4) at that point. The chasing team for the bigger box look to win back possession and get back to the scoring box to return to a 4v2
