Organization:
Use full field or could use half if needed. Divide the players into two teams and have each player grab a ball. You'll have one team set up on one half facing the other team in the other half with a dead zone in between. When the coach shouts "Go" every player begins passing their ball using the push pass technique to the other side. Game continues for 2 minutes and the winner is the team with the least balls on their side. Switch teams up and play again. Variation rules: 1) If player passes ball out of bounds then they lose a point (Focus on correct weight of pass). 2) Must use left/right foot only.
If balls end up in the dead zone then they can't touch them unless you say "drain the swamp" and they can run in and grab a ball with their feet and bring it back to their side.
Coaching Points:
- Proper push pass technique.
- Proper weight of pass (pace or strenghth)
- Toe pointed down, ankel locked.
- Plant foot aimed at target
- Plant foot next to ball

4 v 4 with corner goals.
Players move into space to maintain possession.
To score, they must pass into a corner box.
Once they score in a box, they can't score back into the same box - they must move the ball to another part of the field.
Encourage opening up the body, moving the ball into space and movement off the ball.

Passing Bowling (10 mins)
Set up two lines of cones on either side of the playing area - 15 to 20 yards apart. Set up 8-10 blue cones and 8-10 red cones that can be knocked over. Players cannot enter the neutral area except to retrieve a ball.
Divide players into two teams. Every player has a ball. Players pass their ball into the middle area trying to knock over the other team's cones. The first team to knock over all of the other teams cones is the winner. Reset cones and play again.
Non-kicking foot pointed in the direction of the pass. Open the hips, connect with the inside part of the foot, follow through the ball, make a "fist" with your foot.
