Organization:
As seen above. make a small square in the middle with two cones 8-10 yards from it on both sides.
Instruction:
Field A: Dribble the ball into the square and then pass to the next player in line. After passing, run to the back of that line or do a dynamic movement.
Field B: Players will run into the box to receive a pass from the player across from them. After receiving the pass they will pass it back to their origional line. Players will remain in the same line and continue to receive on the turn and back back to where they came from. You can change it and have the player run to the oposite side.
Field C: Competition Time - Teams will now compete to get the most points. Teams are made up on players on the same side. The first player will pass the ball through the box for one point and another point it it also goes through the game on other side. possible two point per pass. After passing the ball, they go to the back on the same line. 45 second challlenge

1.40 x 40 yard area divided into 4 – 10 x10 yard squares, set up as shown
2.4 teams, 1 per square
3.1 ball per team

Description:
1.Each player in a team is given a number 1 to 4
2.Teams pass their ball inside their assigned square
3 Coach calls out GO and players must dribble over to next square( start going clockwise) then counter clockwise
4 Coach calls out pass, players then pass across to the next square( start going clockwise) then counter clockwise
5.The Coach calls out a number that player must move to the next square (clockwise) to become a defender – 3v1
6.The team that can possess their ball the longest wins the point
7.The first team to five points is the winner
Progression:
Turn the activity into a three team. Split the groups into three teams and one of the teams starts by defending while the other two teams are trying to keep possession by working together only using one ball in a large area. The team that is gives away the ball becomes the defending team and the other two teams are keeping possession working together.
- ten passes count s a point for the two teams in possession
- you can also place six small nets around the field where by the attacking team need to make 7 passes before they can score in any of the six nets on the outside of the area for a point.

Scrimmage - 25 Minutes
Set Up:
Using Half the field, play a game. Normal FIFA rules apply.
Play in a 2-3-1 formation
Finish off with a competitive scrimmage highlighting the coaching point from pervious excercise.

Description
Player will pass the ball across, the receiving player will then control the ball before diagonally dribbling towards the other line as illustrated. After passing the ball, the player will perform a dynamic movement instructed by the Coach. (2 balls going on at the same time)

After passing the ball, the player will perform a dynamic movement instructed by the Coach. Players can switch lines after and then start to have them spring after passing it back to their line after the dribble. (2 balls going on at the same time)
