Set up a 20x20 space. Split into three teams.
-White vs. Blue in the middle, black team is neutral.
-Every three passes is a point.
-First team to 10 points wins, loser switches out to become new neutral team.
-If teams struggle to complete passes, make the area larger until the exercise flows smoothly.

Set up an area 40 wide x 30 long. Split into three teams
-4v4 to small goals. Blue vs. White with black as neutral.
-2 black players work up and down the sidelines. Everyone else plays as usual.
-Neutral players may not score
-First team to two points wins, losers become the new neutrals.

Passing Gates (15 mins)
Split the players into groups of three and play a game for a minute where you score a point by completing a pass through a gate. Add on patterns as the game continues. Below are different ways that you can score a point. Choose any one of these patterns and have the players do this for one minute before choosing a new pattern.
Score a point by:
- passing through a gate
- passing through a gate with one touch
- wall passing through a gate
- completing the pass to the third team mate with one touch
- passing through the gate and receiving the ball back through the same gate with one touch
