Organization:
1. Set up Grid as shown above.
2. 2 - 3 players in each line.
3. 2 - 3 cones lined in front of players.
4. Every players has a ball.
Instructions:
Grid A
1. Player will dribble to first cone and only using the inside of their right foot to dribble around cone and pass back to the line they can from.
2. Second player in line will follow first player.
3. Once all players in the same line have gone, now they will pass to the opposite side where the player in line will repeat the exercise using their left foot.
Grid B
1. Player will dribble using foundations to the first cone, then turn and pass to the next player in line with their left foot, and then jog to the other side to wait.
2. Repeat steps from Grid A.
Grid C
1. We have a player standing at the middle cone where the 1st player in line will pass them the ball and turn with the ball and dribble to the opposite side.
2. Players will receive the ball across their body and dribble to the other side.
3. Once all players have gone from one side repeat from the other direction.

Organization:
1. Small square 2 x 3 yards
2. 1 cone about 6 yards away from the square (as shown above).
3. 1 player in the square and everyone else in a line (as shown above).
Instructions:
1. First player in line will pass to the player standing in the square.
2. The player in the square will receive the ball with their instep and stop it at their feet. They must perform a skill (foundations or toe touches) before dribbling outside the square.
3. The player that passes the ball will run at the player in the square to add pressure to the receiving player.
4. Start with a slow jog then increase pressure speed of the passer.
5. Once the pass gets to a sprint to the receiving player, keep it fun and if you can get out of the square without getting touched you get a point. If you tag the player in the square you get a point.
6. Play for (X) amount of time.

1.Immediate pressure after pass w/o skill
Regression:
1. Count to 2 after pass with or without skill.

1. Grid 25 x 35 yards
2. Separate players into 2 teams.
3. 2 Small goals
4. Extra balls behind goal.
Instructions:
1. Have players work on receiving every pass with proper technique.
2. When to receive across body and when to step to the ball to receive.
3. Encourage receiving any loose ball situations.

Organization:

Instructions:
1. Players will dribble around attempting various skills on the coaches command.
a. scissors
b. step over
c. cruyff
d. pull back
e. L tuns
2. Try to get the players to master 1 skill each practice.
3. Play a quick game of knock out if there is time. (knock out - players dribble in a small circle or square a try to kick each others ball outside the grid to be the last player in the grid).
