Technique
a) Players in pairs work on aerial skills:
Player throws & partner returns with skills below:
- Inside foot / Laces / Thigh / Chest /Attacking header.
b) Player in line passes to target as target comes inside, target lays off then moves into the box to attack cross;
Keys:
- Determination to score;
- Attack ball as it goes in;
- Good defending;
- Communication btw attackers;
- Attack different areas to score.
