Organisation: Unoppossed shooting, P1 passes to P2, P1 starting position is offside so arcs his run to get onside, P1 moves quickly to mannequin, Player 2 passes to P1, P1 takes one touch to go around Manny and score between post and cone.

Stay onside and execute the diagonal pass between post and cone.
9 follows in for sweat pass or rebound.
Progression: on deck pass, lofted pass, weaker foot.

Offside is in Play. Make sure Attackers drive at the Defender to create space for second player. If players of a high quality use time limit to scoreas you wont get 10 seconds to score in a real game.

Organisation: 20x 20 grid two goal, two teams.
A. (6 min) Keeper starts with overarm distribution to opposite keeper who rolls to one of the attackers to his side. Opposite player defends to create a 1v1. Alternate keeper starts
B. (6 min) Keeper starts with overarm distribution to opposite keeper who rolls to one of the attackers to his side, both attackers join in . Opposite 2 players defends to create a 2v2.
C. (6 min) Keeper starts with overarm distribution to opposite attacker, both attackers join in . Opposite 2 players defends to create a 2v2.
Rules in the 1v1 you must beat the defender cross the halfway mark ( orange cone) to score.
in the 2v2 if your first touch is good enough you can shoot

As this is part of warm up its important not to smash balls.
Score between post and cone.
Organisation: Unoppossed shooting, Player 1 passes out, player 2 takes touch and shoots.
Player 1 takes the place of Player 2.
Player 2 runs to side where cones are placed and executes exercise and returns to starting point.
Progression: sidefoot, laces, serve lofted balls, shoot with weak foot.
