Activity
Players start at the 4 corners of the grid and have to dribble around the outside. When they reach the cone half way between the corners they must perform a stop-start move. When the players reach their starting position, they must use their ball to knock the ball off the middle cone to win the game. Focus on striking the ball with accuracy - practice both side-foot and laces.
Progressions/Variations:
-Go in opposite direction
-Change the move

-Close control when dribbling
-Good execution of moves
-Accuracy on shot at ball on middle cone

-play starts with one team passing to opponent who then attackes in 1v1
-if defender wins the ball - can attack and score in opposite net
