Set Up: Four rows, each row roughly 9 yards wide by 18 yards long, players set up as shown. Ladder set up on outside of box on same side as starting ball.

Organization: Players start by passing the ball around the grid in a snake pattern. Players play the ball to the next person, and follow their pass to the next position.

When the ball gets two people ahead, we start another ball, [b] players in middle receieve the ball from wide player and set it for the player who hits a longer swtiching pass across pitch, [c] central player recieves and takes a tough across the row and drops the ball back with heel for wide player who checks in and plays ball acorss box, [d] players choice.

Coaching Points: focus on technique, receieving the ball across body, checking shoulder before receiving the ball, weight and accuracy of the pass, communication, laying the ball off properly, quick movement off the ball, rythym, first touch
