Method:
The Defending team (PINK) defends 5 goals a one end of the playing area.
The attacking team (GREEN) starts with possession of the ball and attempts pass/dribble thru' one of the Gates.
Gates have different scores attached on them.
Defending team if they win ball must all get a touch, then if they can dribble past red cones into space they have 2 points each time.
Coaching Points:
Supporting players to drop and defend important central areas when their teammate applies pressure.
Supporting defenders to track the run of the supporting attackers.

Method:
Three teams of Four players.
Two teams start within the 18y box.
Wall players with only 2touch on the outside of 18 y box.
If attacking team score they stay on.
If defending team win the ball and pass to the coach the attacking team switch and become the wall players.

Method:
C - Coach starts drill by playing in ball.
One player from both gates A and B enter box and race to ball.
First to ball become the attackers and the other 2 become the defenders.
you can score in any gate by dribbling thru the gate.
Defenders score by knocking out ball out of bounds.
Next four players play next after phase is played.

Using 1-4-3-1-2 as base

The Bench - 3 sets
Sideways Bench - 2 sets
Hamstrings - 1 set
Single Leg Stance - 2 sets (Swap leg on second set)
Squats - 2 sets
Jumping (vertical jumps) - 2 sets
Part 3:
Across the pitch running open too 75 percent (Stride).
Bounding on way back every 6 Steps.
Plant and Cut thru cones used in part 1.

A good warm up with injury prevention included.
