Goal: passing/running combination
Exercise:
A plays B who carries ball out of the square around cone (1). A runs trough square @ the same side of B (in depth) (2). B plays long pass to A (3). A plays ball in circle where B tries to score (4)

Goal: 2v1 manmarking or tackling?
Exercise:
A plays B who runs out of the square around cone @ side. A runs trough square to join attack, C runs trough square to block attack (defender). A+B play against C. In the circle: free hit.
Rotation:
A and B swith position; C are fixed defenders (5min)
Variations:
left/right

for attackers: carrying or passing?
for attackers: creating space or demanding ball? > running patterns/creating angle
for defenders: tackling or channeling? (close the center)

backhand drop + 1v1
Exercise:
A runs towards circle and B crosses behind. B receives backhand drop pass from A on the run and carries ball @ the outside left to goal. A can defend this zone, but first has to make a run around cone @ the right.

Exercise:
1. carry ball to gate, play it to the next person trough the gate, follow ball (al variations)
2. carry ball to the left cone, drag it with your backhand to the right, play it to the next person
3. carry ball behind gate at the left side, pull it back in your backhand, pass gate to the right and play ball to the next person
4. make a closed turn around the gate (wide bow) and play the ball trough (small turn) to the next person
