Exercise:
1. B plays double combination with A. (first comb. = inside gate, second comb. = outside)
2. A drops ball to the right where B picks it up @ his backhand and continues to goal.
3. A can defend the circle (behind square), B scores

Goal: deflection/cross run
Exercise:
A runs back around cone and plays a 100% hard flat pass to right cone where B has positioned himself, B makes an open forehand deflection to the circle where C has positioned himself. C scores

closed forehand deflection with B running inside and C running outside
Extra information:
if deflection is too hard (lower levels) put the attention on the cross movement of the attackers and execute the drill with two touch passing.

2. carrying left past cone in middle, drag back to right and pass (run back to own cone)
