Red attacker has a cone in hand and starts from half way line.
Blue Defender is on the court
Red attacker drives onto the court and must place (can't be thrown) the cone onto the court past the 10 metre line. Once dropped the RA can then receive a ball from the opposite of the court from the half way line and try to score.
Blue defender must pick up the cone before they can defend.
If Blue defender wins the ball dribble to the centre circle and stop the ball there to score.
