Transition 3 v 2
Play begins with 3 attacking 2. 3 Black Attackers must creat movement with width and depth. Overlapping runs, target positioning and give and go's as part of the attack. Red Defenders must defend with pressure and cover, recovery runs and communication. The transition happens when a shot, goal or ball out of bounds. When a defensive team wins the ball a fresh group of three attackes starts from the goal and the 2 defenders that won the ball come off.
The last attacking player to touch the ball is off (chases the ball down and puts it by the goal) and the remaining attackers transition to defenders. The two defenders that were on go off the field and 3 new attackers come on with pace attacking the new defenders.
The rotation contiune on and on. Play for a time or so many repititions. Keep score a create the game situation with a cosequence to the losing team.

Transition from 3v2, 4v3, to 5v4
Start with 2 defenders and keeper verse 3 attackers and a keeper. Green keeper punts ball to 3 attackers and 2 defenders react to the punt. 3 attackers move to attack the man down situation. If Black team wins the ball the two flank attackers become live and create the 4 v 3 and go to goal. If the red team wins the ball back they add 2 players from the goal posts and create the 5 v 4.
Ball is dead when a goal is scored or the ball goes out of play. Players rotate from starting positions so each player gets a look at each situation. Keep score and rotate tactical start up after 10 starts or a specific time period: 10 minutes
