Movement:
1. Set on angle away from ball, move to cone 1, back pedal, catch to hands
2. Reset on starting cone, move to cone 2, back pedal, diving save on ground
Coaching Point:
Focus on sinking low for low diving save when opening your body to shoot into the ground
