5v2 Transfer Rondo warm up. (10 mins)
Method: Area 12x12 zones X 2.
In zone 1 the rondo starts by green keeping the ball and the 2 pink players must try close down and get ball back.
If successful the pink then pass ball into zone 2 and 2 green must try win ball back.
Continue the rotation and vary the players used as the two.
Coaching Points:
Transition to defend. Can we win ball back as quickly as possible.
Transition to Attack. Can we find Width and Depth as quickly as possible.
