Flow Drill. 

A passes to B. Focus on good ball speed and tempo. 

B hits/sweeps into C who has lead through the gate to receive the ball and quickly passes ball to D, then leads to the top of the circle (not a direct line, time the run).  

D hits/ sweeps to E who has lead from the stroke spot to the edge of the circle. 

E passes ball back to C and finish with a shot. 

Rotation: A-B-C-E-D-A
