Flip the Cones

Basic agility warm up drill for younger players - times to turn their own colour cones up the right way but any other two teams cones round the wrong way.

If only two teams and smaller numbers, one tesm turns upside down, the other team turn right way up.

Make sure they mid bumping heads when bending over

Play for 1-2 minutes, best of 3 games.
