Session Detail
This SSG is set up in a 20m x 20m area with a 4 v 4/3 v 3 staged. Both teams can score in any goal. Play is restarted, once a goal is scored or the ball has left the playing area, with the opposite team kicking in from the sideline.
Progressions
- Each team must make X (2/3/4) passes before scoring.
- A goal can only be scored via a one touch finish.

Session Detail
Area is organised 30m x 20m with two 5m zones at either end of the main area. The practice is directional where each team can score a point by dribbling into the opposing team's 5m zone. If the ball leaves the area or a point is scored, play is resumed by the opposing team.
Progressions
- Add goals to finish once player has broken into 5m zone
- Incentivise 2 points if a player takes their first touch forward, into the 5m zone

Session Detail
Players are set up 2 v 1 in their defending half. If players make a forward pass from the defending half to their forward they will be able to join in the attack to create a balanced attack (2 v 2) or an overload (3 v 2).

This SSG is set up in a 30m x 20m area with a half way line and a balanced match. The play is directional and each team can only score if all of their team mates are in the opposition half. Play is restarted, once a goal is scored or the ball has left the playing area, with the opposite team kicking in from the sideline.
Progressions
- Once a team score they must sprint to the opposition's goal line and then reorganise.
- Team can only use 1/2 touches in the opposition half.

Warm Up (15 mins)
Players will be responsible for their own warm-up, but we will provide the means to achieve this. Please reference the image and number for each corner with the instructions below:
1) Football Tennis, courts will be organised with footballs and tennis balls available to use.
2) SAQ, a series of SAQ equipment will organised, accompanied with foam rollers for physical activation.
3) Shooting; goals will be organised around a bounce board for sets and finished
4A) a dribbling maze will be set up for small touches and ball manipulation
