Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
Yellows play a pass to blues who control the ball and pass back to yellow getting four passes in total.
Blue player then moves to a different set of gates and repeats the process.
Progression make the gates smaller.
Make gates wider and only make two passes before moving to the next gate.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Swap around so yellows run to next gates
How many touches do we need to control the ball before passing
Can we take one touch and then pass

Yellows playing right to left blues left to right
Can we make a pass in to your team mates square to score a goal
Progression make the goal squares smaller, remove one square
Regression make the goal squares bigger or add another square
Change players in the squares
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
1 Point for a pass in to the square
3 Points for a one /two pass in to the square so pass in the square, receive the ball back and make another pass in to the square.

Non kicking foot alongside the ball
Strike centre of the ball
Firm ankle
Follow through towards the target
Receiving:
On your toes
Eye on the ball
Position your body in line with the pass
Cushion the ball
Player A passes to player B THEN PLAYER B controls the ball and passes back to player A
Player B then turns around and receives the pass from player C and repeats the process.
Swap groups around
To progress the passing make the distance longer or shorter for regression.

Are the players using the correct mechanics
How many touches do players need to control the ball, can they do two or three touch.
How many passes can players make within 30 seconds.
