Description;
10x10 grid. 1v1. Goals in opposite corners.
1. Tackling from the side.
2. Tackling from Angle.
3. Tackling from behind.
Attacking players control the ball create space - coaches working on the defenders.
Coaching Points;
1. Come in from the side, attack the ball low, lock ankle. Get across the attacker.
2. Come in at the angle, extend body by using outside foot and poke ball away or off the attacker.
3. Immediate chase on the ball, and win back
