Two teams. Players line up with a ball on one side of their goal. The team that defends first, designates a goalkeeper (red in this example). The game starts with a player from the opposing team (white) dribbling up to the halfway line and taking a shot. Once the player takes a shot, he/she retreats to his/her goal and prepares to stop the shot of next player on the opposing team. The player defending the goal only plays goalkeeper for one shot. They return to their line with a ball regardless of whether the shot is saved or if a goal is scored.
