Player 3 runs through ladder - various quick feet exercises - he will work for a 4 minute duration
As soon as he is out of the end ladder player 1 passes the ball to him, he must have a good 1st touch and pass the ball to player 2. He then carries on his run forward. Player 2 lays the ball off into the red target area to which player 3 is approaching he touches the ball either side of the mannequin and shoots at goal. As soon as the effort is dead, the coach shouts red or green. Player 3 must sprint through the gated areas. As soon as he is out of the 2nd gate , he jogs back the start and repeats the process.
