players has to be always in their position playing

white wingbacks

blue foward players (1 2 or 2 1 depending on the game etc)

green keepers

Blues) start rotation without ball or (low intensity passing)

Whites) start syncronize 

ball can start from keeper to wingback or to no10 and pass outside player

wingback do the run (change everytime ) 

only look at they runs apart of quality delivery etc and unuposed only keeper can claim the ball

start other side action imideiatlely

Red) Mid players create 2v1 (always in our system) can progr by 2v2 or 3v2 against or can put neutral player (expect our no10 or 1 of back 3)

they have to verticalise earliest possible once reds loose the ball high press asap

greens )defenders start with the ball in small area Blue try to win the ball and go transition by shoot or pass outside (white) follow green chasing high press and defend the cross
