These moderate exercises that they can do on their own to keep thenselves in shape and focus on theirs footworking and handling technic.

HAND AND FOOT TECHNIQUES ON LOW DIVING - 10'
ORGANIZATION
Get to poles (2 broons)
Place then flat 2 feet away from each other as the pictures above)
Place the soccer ball at the left or at the right 5 yrds away from the last broom (diagonal)
DRILL DESCRIPTIONS
EXERCISES 1
Shuffling using small taps,Suffling Left to right and righ to left
little steps foward and shuffle right again to perform a power large step to collapse and dive to the ball placed at your left. 10 Reps. at each side

DRILL DESCRIPTION
Stand behind your bounce surface ( 5 yrds back)
Toss the ball (under hand toss(like you are bowling)
Follow the toss immediately
As soon the ball bounce back, perform the CONTOUR CATCH
CONTOUR CATCH
Keep the hands on "W" position
Keep your elbows unlock(stretched)
Soon you catch the ball, bend your elbows slightly in to absirb the impact of the ball
