Objective: improve our ball mastery.
Organization: 4 players inside a grid each with a ball and a fifth without a ball.
Instructions: players dribble around while the one player without the ball tries to take the ball away from them. If they get the ball taken away they now get it away from someone else.
Coaching Points:
1. Control the ball.
2. Importance of using the sole in futsal.
3. Use body to shield the ball.

Organization:
One ball per player. Players working in pairs.
Two big cones per pair as seen above.
Instructions:
Start with ball on the right foot. Perform 2 V-Moves around big cone then pass to partner and repeat with opposite foot.
Coaching Points:
Can you see the ball and your partner at the same time?
Timing and speed of your V-Moves to stay in rhythm with your partner.
Weight of pass so you receive at the same time.
Progressions:
After 2 V-Moves and pass change directions and play with the player next to you.

Organization: 5v5 with goalkeepers to full size futsal goals.
Instructions: players play the game of futsal.

Instructions: players dribble around and listen for different coach instructions.
Variations: (1) dribbling, (2) boxing, (3) toe taps, (4) dribbling and stop the ball with the sole, (5) dribbling, stop the ball with the sole, dribble away with other foot, (6) pull backs with both feet.
