Organization of Session

  • One team of 6, split into two zones
  • One team of 2 defenders
  • Possession team (Red) stays in designated zones
  • Pressure team (Blue) moves freely between the two zones

Key Points

  • Players in possession look to make a specific amount of passes 3-5, or a specific action (split, bump) before passing the ball to the other zone
  • IF pressure team wins the ball, they can play the ball into either counter goal

  • One team of 4, split into two zones
  • One pressure defender in the middle
  • Possession team (Red) stays in one zone until they can make a pass out of pressure to their teammate in the other zone
  • Pressure team (Blue) moves freely between the two zones

Key Points

  • Players in possession look to make a specific amount of passes 3-5, or a specific action (split, bump) before passing the ball to the other zone
  • Once the ball is passed to the target in the other zone, 3 (red) teammates enter the other zone
  • IF pressure team wins the ball, they can play the ball into any counter goal
